Triumphs and challenges in Inverurie

Inverurie businessman John Glover is giving up the chair of Inverurie Business Association after six years at the helm.   If the position were to be advertised then the ad might read:  “Wanted – an imaginative, entrepreneurial Inverurie business leader to take over as chairperson of the town’s dynamic business association.”
But there will be no advertisement.   The decision will be made through nomination and votes cast at the Annual General Meeting of the business association on April 11 in the Kintore Arms Hotel, Inverurie, at 6pm.
